Four AI leaders helping organisations find their way into a new kind of work.

Praxes exists to help organisations make the transition from human-only work to human and AI work. We train teams to become AI-native, and we support leadership with the strategy, operations, people, processes, and tools that make the change hold.

WHY WE EXIST

Why we started Praxes

We kept seeing the same story. An organisation buys the tools, runs the training, and announces a pilot, and some months later the way work gets done has barely changed. The technology was rarely the difficult part. The difficult part was deciding where AI belonged, getting data and systems ready for it, and helping people change how they work.

Between the four of us, we cover industrial engineering and business strategy, engineering across complex systems, people and operations, and AI-native marketing. Each of those views catches something the others miss, which is why we chose to work together.

Many mid-sized organisations cannot yet justify a full-time Chief AI Officer, and some should not try to hire one before they know what the role needs to be. What they need now is senior judgement on the decisions in front of them. Praxes is how we provide it.

01Readiness comes before toolsStrategy, data, people, governance, and execution need to pull in the same direction before technology can deliver much. That is why we start with a diagnosis rather than a demo.
02Adoption is the measure that countsLicences issued and training hours delivered say little about progress. Whether someone's working day has changed says a great deal.
03AI should make teams more capableWe help move repetitive, low-judgement work off people's plates so they can focus on the work that needs them. Headcount reduction is not work we take on.
04Honesty about the limitsSome problems need a better process or cleaner data, and no AI at all. We would rather tell you that than sell you a project.
05We are learning tooThis is a new way of working for every organisation, including ours. We share what we learn as we go, including what did not work.
