Workshops: zero to one on AI

AI workshops that start with your team's real work.

Plenty of people have tried an AI tool once or twice. Far fewer reach for one every day. Our workshops close that distance by working through the tasks your people already do, so what they learn carries straight into the following week.

WHO IT IS FOR

Teams taking their first real steps with AI.

+Teams who have been given access to AI tools and are unsure where to begin
+Leaders who want their people to build confidence before committing to a larger programme
+Operations, marketing, and HR teams with repetitive work that is ready for a better approach
+Organisations where a few enthusiasts are experimenting while everyone else watches from a distance
HOW IT WORKS

How a workshop runs.

01
Understand the work
We speak to a few people beforehand to learn about their tasks, the tools you already have, and any rules on what data can be used.
02
Explain the basics
Short, plain-language explanations of how these tools work, what they do well, and where they tend to go wrong.
03
Practise on real tasks
Most of the time is spent doing. Each person works on tasks from their own role, with us alongside them.
04
Keep what works
Everyone leaves with the prompts, workflows, and guardrails they built, written up so they can keep using them.
WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

A team that uses AI with confidence and care.

+A shared, plain-language understanding of what current AI tools can and cannot do
+Working prompts and simple workflows for tasks each person does every week
+Clear guidance on when AI output needs a person to check it before it is used
+A short list of the use cases that showed the most promise in the room

Why we start with the work itself

Training that begins with a tour of features tends to fade within a week. People follow along, return to their desks, and the new tab stays closed. What sticks is watching a tool do something useful with a task you had planned to spend the afternoon on.

So we build each workshop around the work in the room. A recruiter drafts a role profile, an operations lead turns a messy process note into a checklist, and a marketer reworks a campaign brief. The examples change for every team because the work does.

What zero to one means

Zero is a team that has heard a great deal about AI and used very little of it. One is a team where people reach for these tools without being reminded, and also know when to leave them alone. We treat the second part as seriously as the first.

We do not try to cover everything at once. The aim is a confident, safe starting point that your team can build on, with or without us.

Safety is part of every session

Before anyone enters company or client information into an AI tool, they need to know what is allowed. We cover this directly, using your existing policies where you have them and clear, practical guidance where you do not.

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Do people need a technical background?

No. The workshops are written for people who are new to AI. We explain each idea in plain language before anyone is asked to use it.

Which AI tools do you use in the workshops?

Wherever possible we use the tools your organisation already has access to, so nobody learns something they cannot use afterwards. If you have not chosen tools yet, we can talk you through sensible options.

Can a workshop focus on one department?

Yes. Operations, marketing, and HR teams face quite different questions, so we often run sessions for one function at a time and shape the exercises around that team's work.

What usually happens after a workshop?

Some teams simply keep building on what they learned. Others move on to an AI readiness and value unlock audit, which looks at the wider organisation. Both are good outcomes.
